Trail Cleanup with The Trail Conservancy

Event Details:

• • Meeting Location: Festival Beach - Near the Estacionamiento Edward Rendon Park (Look for the orange TTC tent)
  • Parking:
    • Parking Lot: Estacionamiento Edward Rendon Park
    • Street parking along Chicon Street and Nash Heranandez Senior Road 
  • What to bring and wear: We’ll provide gloves and tools—you just need to come prepared with:
    • Closed-toed shoes
    • Long pants
    • Sun protection (sunglasses and a hat) 
    • A full water bottle.

Rules for Trash Cleanups

During the cleanup:

• Do not touch/pick up any sharp objects
• Wear gloves at all times
• Do not treat the trash grabbers like toys

After the cleanup:

• Dispose of gloves by placing them in your trash bag
• Securely tie your trash bag to protect sanitation workers
• Place your tied trash bag in the designated trash location
• Wash your hands immediately after disposing of trash
