About

The Trail Conservancy’s mission is to protect, enhance, and connect the beloved Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. Established in 2003 as the Town Lake Trail Foundation, The Trail Conservancy furthers the historic efforts set forth by the Citizens Committee. The Trail Conservancy exists to ensure that future generations continue to enjoy one of our most treasured attractions. With the support of our visionary and generous community, the trail remains one of Austin’s favorite places.

Our volunteer opportunities are posted on our website. To browse and register for them, click here to enhance, protect, and connect with The Trail.
